DIET LOG

Today's Menu:

BREAKFAST
- 1 oz smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 grapefruit
- 1/4 cup oatmeal

DINNER
- 1 & 1/2 turkey burger
- 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella
- 2" cantelope slices
- 1 cup lettuce w/ 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips

SNACK
- 1/2 cup oreo ice crea

SNACK
- 2 oz cheddar
- 1 apple
- 3 almonds

+ alot of diet pepsi
